Zoom sessions are timing out after 40 minutes

When your JumpCloud password expires, Zoom automatically updates your license. This could potentially disrupt sessions that you own. To avoid any inconvenience, it's crucial to update your password before it expires.

If your JumpCloud password is nearing expiration, a red dot will appear on your JumpCloud Taskbar app (Windows) or top menu app (Mac) as shown in the images below. This serves as a reminder that your password requires attention. Please ensure to reset your password following the provided instructions. Using alternative methods may lead to complications with your laptop login
