How to use Dextr to Shadow calls?

I have a few Dextr questions. First, we have some new hires who would like to shadow our current PSR's during scheduled calls. Is there a way to mute yourself in Dextr?

To do this: we will just need to make sure we do this through conference calls. To do a conference call, the PSR on the call will need to click the "Add" button then enter +18333782162 Then enter the EXT of the PSR that want to join the call to shadow. Once the call has been picked up the PSR on the call will just need to hit the "Join" button. (Please make sure to have the PSR who is shadowing mute their mic)



Next, when I called another PSR in Dextr and then called my cell phone ("the family"), I was able to hang up with "the family" but I could not figure out how to end the call with the PSR. I ended up needing to log out of Dextr in order to end that call.

To hang up the call of the shadowing person, we can just click the "x" button of their number which will disconnect them from the call.
