Reset MAUD Password

Link For MAUD: https://app.equip.health/maud

1. Navigate to MAUD webpage
2. Click Login Here
3. Click Forgot Password
4. Type in Email Address
5. Click Continue
6. Wait on Check your email page until you verify that you received the email. 
7. The email will look like the following:

   1. if you did not receive the email, please click the resend email icon.
   2. Reach out to Support if you do not receive the email after the second attempt.
9. Click URL link within the email you received.
10. Type in new password in both boxes.
11. Click Reset Password.
