How to update patient consent?

Steps to Check and Update Zoom Auto-Recording Based on Patient Consent:

    • Go to the patient's chart in Maud.
    • Under the Basic Info section of the patient's chart, locate the "Consent to Record" field.
    • This field indicates whether the patient has given consent to be recorded for Zoom sessions.
    • If the "Consent to Record" field is marked as "Consent given", Zoom will auto-record the session when it's scheduled.

    • If the field is marked as "Consent not given", Zoom will not auto-record the session

Note: The auto-record feature is all-or-nothing: if a patient has given consent, their therapy, dietitian, and mentor sessions will be automatically recorded. So the provider will be responsible for manually stopping recordings for specific sessions if a patient asks. If a patient decides they don't want any of their sessions to be recorded, a provider can make that update at any time on the basic info section of the patient profile
