How to remove a certain assessment from a chart?

From the Maud "Assessments" tab, you can remove incomplete assessment from a patient's chart by following the steps:

1. Click on the assessment you want to delete
2. From the three dots on the top right of the assessment, click on "Delete"

3. A pop will be shown to confirm the action. Click "Delete" to remove the assessment

4. The assessment will be deleted.
