How to Filter Emails

If you want to filter certain emails, such as Equip appointment confirmations/cancellations, follow the steps below to do so:

  • Click the gear icon in the top right corner of Gmail 
  • Click See all settings 
  • Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab 
  • Click Create a new filter 
  • Enter your desired search criteria in the search bar, click "Create filter", then select "Apply label" and choose the label you want to use for those emails

  • You can also choose to "Skip the Inbox" to remove them from your main inbox.
