Dietitian Note Template FAQ

If you are having trouble getting a patient's data (weight or TWR) to update within the RD note template, please make sure to click on the green "refresh data" button in the upper lefthand corner.

Refreshing the page as a whole will NOT pull in the most recent data!

Currently, there is a bug that causes the patient's last recorded weight to be voided, resulting in this incorrect weight being pulled into the note template. Until this issue is resolved, please manually enter the patient's correct and most recent weight.

  • For example: In this patient's chart, even though the weight entry for 12/10 was voided when a note is created using the RD template, 30 lbs will show up as the patient's weight in the note.

  • To correct this, manually enter the weight for the correct value to show as the most recent.

  • Below is the correct weight (25 lbs) shown in the note template.
