Why Isn't the Patient + PM Chat Channel Showing Up?

If you notice that a patient doesn't have a Patient + Peer Mentor chat channel, it is likely because they don't yet have an Equip account set up. Our system automatically creates this channel once the patient's Equip account has been created.


You can check if the patient has their account set up by going to the patient profile and scrolling down to the bottom. Under "Equip App Settings," you should see one of the following:

This patient will NOT have a Patient + Peer Mentor chat channel
This patient WILL have a Patient + Peer Mentor chat channel!
