Equip Scale Requirements

Equip scales are shipped to patients if all three of the following conditions have been met:

1. The patient must be 18 years of age or older
2. The patient's last weight must be less than 400 lbs
3. In Maud, the patient must have a shipping address listed (shown below)

If all the criteria are met, the patient will automatically receive a scale within the first two weeks of treatment.

To order a new scale or check the status of an existing one, navigate to the "Devices" section on the "Clinical Profile" page in Maud.
