Which notifications admission specialists receive in Maud?

Admission specialist and Admission Operations roles receive the following notifications in Maud

Admission Operations:

  • Admission specialist assigned to a patient’s care team will be notified when an intake survey is completed
  • Admission specialist assigned to a patient’s care team will be notified when the insurance verification status is updated by someone else
  • Admission specialist assigned to a patient’s care team will be notified when the medical clearance status is updated by someone else

Admission Operations:

  • Admissions operations assigned to a patient's care team will be notified when the admin episode status changes
  • Admissions operations assigned to a patient's care team will be notified when the admission date changes
  • Admissions operations assigned to a patient's care team will be notified when the admin episode's medical clearance status changes
