Missing Maud Chat Channels

If you're in a patient's profile who is in treatment and you select Messages but see that there are no chat channels, it is likely due to the fact that a Tag is missing from the Patient Profile chart.


If you click on the Patient Profile tab, look for Tags in the lower right-hand side. If it is blank underneath, click the pencil icon to edit the profile and select Equip Web App for Treatment under Tags. After you save this, the chat channels will appear under Messages.
