Scheduled Sessions in Maud

When you have a scheduled session with a patient in Maud, for example, a Therapy Intake session, these will appear on your calendar in Maud.

Make sure that your name is selected on the right-hand side so that you're viewing your calendar. You can then select either Day or Week view to see your upcoming scheduled appointments:

Zoom meetings are created 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. You will see a "Join Zoom" button pop up 15 minutes ahead in Maud and will also see the Zoom session created in Zoom. When you click on the button you will be navigated to the Zoom meeting.

Your patient will also be able to join the session 15 minutes before the session is set to begin.
