How to enroll my new phone with MFA?

  1. When you receive a new phone, the first thing you need to do is submit a ticket to our support team so that we can remove the old phone from your account.
  2. After you receive a response that we have removed your former phone from JumpCloud, please log into the JumpCloud Console.
  3. Click on the Security tab, on the left.

  1. When you're on the Security page, select Enroll under JumpCloud Protect.

Note: We would prefer you use JumpCloud Protect over traditional MFA. You will still get a reminder for 7 days initially that you need to set up your MFA, you can disregard these messages.

  1. Once you've enrolled your device, you can now access everything you need to.
