How to reschedule my appointment?
Providers and Care Experience
- You can reschedule any appointment (intake or follow-up) directly in Maud.
- There’s no need to cancel and rebook, you should be able to change the date and/or time of an appointment
- Appointment Confirmations and Reminders have been updated to include rescheduling information to help avoid cancellations.
- Refer to the video for step-by-step instructions on rescheduling.

Patients and Supports
- Families can reschedule follow-up sessions through their Equip web account.
- Intake sessions cannot be rescheduled directly by patients/supports. This can be rescheduled by a Maud user on their behalf.
- Mobile app rescheduling is coming soon!
