How to reschedule my appointment?

Providers and Care Experience

  • You can reschedule any appointment (intake or follow-up) directly in Maud.
  • There’s no need to cancel and rebook, you should be able to change the date and/or time of an appointment
  • Appointment Confirmations and Reminders have been updated to include rescheduling information to help avoid cancellations.
  • Refer to the video for step-by-step instructions on rescheduling.


Patients and Supports

  • Families can reschedule follow-up sessions through their Equip web account.
  • Intake sessions cannot be rescheduled directly by patients/supports. This can be rescheduled by a Maud user on their behalf.
  • Mobile app rescheduling is coming soon!
