How to reschedule my appointment?

At present, Maud doesn't offer rescheduling functionalities. To reschedule an appointment, you'll need to cancel the existing appointment and then book a new one at your preferred time.

Steps:

  1. Cancel the appointment you want to reschedule
  2. Select the cancelation reason as "The appointment needs to be rescheduled"
  3. Once canceled, book a new appointment at the preferred time
