Are notes due in 24 hours or by end of next day?

The metric requires a note to be signed within 24 hours after the scheduled end of the appointment. For example, if the appointment was scheduled to end at 9:30 am, the note will be considered completed within 24 hours if it is signed before 9:30 am the following day.
