Appointment confirmation emails for families

When an appointment is scheduled, patients and supports will receive an appointment confirmation email that contains the date, time and provider details that they are scheduled with. 

Families can add the appointments to their Google calendar by clicking on the “Add to Google calendar” button from the confirmation email they've received.
