How to write a note for a canceled session?

If you have accidentally canceled a session that was completed, it cannot be restored in Maud. The recommended approach would be to create a new note and mention the session details of the canceled session

Steps to create a note for a canceled session:

  1. Create a new note from the "Actions" menu on the patient's profile

  1. Specify the session name and activity date for which you are creating the note for

  1. Ensure that the new note contains all relevant details and updates needed 
  2. Sign and finalize the note
