How to write a note for a canceled session?
If you have accidentally canceled a session that was completed, it cannot be restored in Maud. The recommended approach would be to create a new note and mention the session details of the canceled session
Steps to create a note for a canceled session:
- Create a new note from the "Actions" menu on the patient's profile
- Specify the session name and activity date for which you are creating the note for
- Ensure that the new note contains all relevant details and updates needed
- Sign and finalize the note
