What Chat Channels are Available?


FBT chat channels:

For patients in the FBT treatment type, the following chat channels should be available on the morning of the patient's start date. Each column represents the chat channels the patient or support is assigned to.

Note: The proxy support group channels are only created for patients with two or more proxy supports

For patients in adult treatment types with one general support, the following chat channels should be available on the morning of the patient's start date. Each column represents the chat channels the patient or support is assigned to.

Note: For adult patients with proxy support(s), the chat channels will mirror those of the FBT chat channels
