What Chat Channels are Available?


FBT chat channels:

For patients in FBT treatment type, the following chat channels should be available the morning of the patient's start date. Each column represents the chat channels the patient or support are assigned to.

Note: The proxy support group channels are only created for patient's with two or more proxy supports

For patients in adult treatment type with one general support, the following chat channels should be available the morning of the patient's start date. Each column represents the chat channels the patient or support are assigned to.

Note: For adult patients with a proxy support(s), the chat channels will mirror those of the FBT chat channels
