How can Patients/Supports Put in Tech Support Tickets?
- Patient/Support needs to be logged into the Equip Account
- In the lower right corner of the page (this will show on any page within the Equip Account) is a blue circle with a question mark. Click the ? mark

- They can scroll through the articles/documents to find more information.
- If they need to put in a ticket, at the top of the popup box, click Ask.
- It will bring up the popup to fill in the information for a ticket

- Once the information is filled out, click send a message.
