How Do I Cancel An Appointment In A Series?

  1. Login to Maud
  2. Navigate to the patient account
  3. Click Appointments tab
  4. Find the recurring session needing to be canceled
  5. Click on the session.
  6. A box will open up, click the cancel appointment icon

  1. Another box will open up, click the dropdown and select the reason for needing to cancel.

  1. Click Next.
  2. It will ask you to confirm if you want to cancel only that days session or all future sessions

  1. Click on "All future appointments in this series" then click confirm
