What to-do items do supports see?

During Admissions

The to-do's start once the Equip App access has been issued. The supports will see:

  1. Intake survey
  2. Insurance cards upload
  3. Medical evaluation
  4. Sign release of information (this is sent by admissions specialist)

Once In-Treatment

  1. Weight log (they can upload the weight from Equip App or by text)
  2. Assessments
  3. They Also see the child's/one they are supporting's "To-Do" list (this is only for Proxy access, not general)

Supports can do the surveys for the child/one they are supporting

The support can click View and then click Start Survey
