Emergency Contacts

There isn't a way to designate a Contact as an emergency contact, so this information will live in the Consent Form note. You should be able to search the notes by Consent Form note type, and then one of the attachments will be Emergency Contact. This is a newer addition to the Consent Forms so if you don't see it, it's likely they signed the original Consent Form packet.
