For Providers

  • If the patient admit date is in the future you will not able to message the patient until that date
  • If you want to message someone directly in the messaging feature you need to use the @theirname and click on the popup that comes up. If you only type this out they will not receive a notification about your message
  • If there is a message group missing please contact support at support.equip.health

For Practice Coordinators

For messaging feature to show all of the correct message groups these items must be present in the patient profile:

  • Patient has to have the Equip Web App for Treatment tag
  • Admin episode has to be in the "In Treatment" status
