Changing Filter - active patients only
When a patient is discharged from Equip, the care team/providers are not removed from the patients care plan. Here are the steps to change your filter in Maud to
not show discharged patients.
- Click Patients icon
- Click Filter by (top right corner)
- Input your name in the care team member section
- Click the Admin Episode Status filter box

Click "In-treatment"

Click Apply.
