Changing Filter - active patients only

When a patient is discharged from Equip, the care team/providers are not removed from the patients care plan. Here are the steps to change your filter in Maud to not show discharged patients. 
  1. Click Patients icon
  2. Click Filter by (top right corner)
  3. Input your name in the care team member section
  4. Click the Admin Episode Status filter box

  5. Click "In-treatment"

  6. Click Apply.
